MDIW 2010 - Paper Publications

Presenting authors (both oral platform and poster) are strongly encouraged to submit full papers for publication in Water Science and Technology (WST) or Desalination and Water Treatment (DWT). Papers submitted will be peer reviewed following the normal procedures outlined by the respective journals.

The paper format must follow the instructions and standards set according the author guidelines defined by IWA Publishing presented on www.iwaponline.com/wst/i2a.htm . Please note the length limitation as defined in the instructions. Particular attention should be made to figures as these will be subject to resizing and adjustment to fit the final editing of the paper, i.e. that text or notations in the figure will be legible after such an adjustment. As per instruction from both journals the full paper is preferentially to be submitted in Microsoft Word format. Please refer to the Sample Layout for a more detailed illustration of the required format:

Notification of Acceptance is changed to 15 January 2010 Due to an extended deadline for submission and the number of received abstracts, the date for Notification of Acceptance is changed from 01 December to medio January 2010. Trondheim, 27/11/09

Error message when submitting abstract

Though hundreds of abstracts are received without complications, we were yesterday informed that submissions had been rejected with the message "failed due to error of server".

After presenting this problem to our data suppliers, we are now informed that the program is amended and corrected.

We apologize for the inconvenience and have extended the deadline for abstracts submission with one week. New deadline is 26 Oct 2009.
